Selena’s primary area of practice is family law, including divorce, separation, property division, support, and child-related issues of decision-making (formerly custody) and parenting time (formerly access).
Prior to joining CARREL+Partners LLP as an associate, Selena gained valuable experience with the firm as a law student. Selena enjoys working with clients, whether in court proceedings or negotiations, and is committed to a resolution-focused approach in her practice.
As a graduate of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, Selena earned numerous awards and participated in advocacy competitions, including the Kawaskimhon Moot and the Ontario Bar Association Tort Moot. Selena was also active in student organizations, holding positions of President of the Bora Laskin Women in Law Society and Co-President of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law Golf Club.
