Mikaila Cranton

Mikaila strives to bring a client-centered approach to her advocacy and advice.

Mikaila began her career with CARREL+Partners LLP in 2014 as a legal assistant to two lawyers in Wills and Estates. Now a lawyer herself, Mikaila works diligently advising her clients when making their estate plans or administering estates of others. While attending law school, Mikaila gained valuable experience working with prisoners in federal penitentiaries around Kingston, Ontario, through the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic. There, Mikaila represented clients before disciplinary tribunals and the Parole Board of Canada, and helped clients navigate the prison grievance system. She now applies her advocacy skills in civil matters.
