Experience
Duncan articled with CARREL + Partners LLP where he gained valuable experience working with senior lawyers in a variety of personal injury, motor vehicle accident, accident benefits, and long-term disability insurance matters. He has made appearances before the Superior Court of Justice.
While attending university, Duncan was active in a number of extracurricular activities, including the Correctional Law Project (providing free legal representation for federal penitentiary inmates), the Queenís Law Academic Standing Committee, and the Model United Nations at Harvard University (2005).
Duncan and his wife were born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario. His many interests include fitness, hockey, cooking, exotic food, literature, and Soviet history.
