Experience
Ms. Cline articled and worked as an Associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP where she gained valuable experience in corporate and commercial law, including public and private securities offerings, incorporations, asset or share sales, financings, corporate governance and securities registration.
In May 2005, Ms. Cline returned to her hometown of Thunder Bay to join Carrel + Partners LLP. She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law matters.
